San Cosme and San Damian housing reform project was a challenge for the design team, faced within an environment with constructive complexity, a historical environment in Madrid with a diverse complexion that greatly hindered compliance with the programmatic needs required by the property.

The project is developed among the tectonic, the stark of the walls seeks to meet with the past. Interior spaces are divided by transparent partitions allowing a wide spatial sensation. Detail’s execution confronts a commission to the maximum responsibility, material’s collapse offering a harmony with the design.
